Stature Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stature app and related services operated by Arnish Pandit ("Stature", "we", "us") from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. By creating an account or using Stature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and located in a region where Stature is offered (primarily the United States and Canada). You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Provide accurate profile information and keep your login secure. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
- Upload content you do not have rights to share
- Use Stature to harm minors or collect information from children under 13
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Stature a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate the app (for example, showing your instants to friends you approve).
You are solely responsible for content you post. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Reporting and moderation
Users can report posts they believe violate these Terms. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts. To report abuse, use the in-app report feature or email appstature@gmail.com.
Stature Pro subscriptions
Stature Pro is billed through Apple's App Store. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under Apple's terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Free users may track up to two habit boards. Pro unlocks unlimited boards and future Pro features as described in the app.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. Stature does not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
Stature integrates with third-party services such as Apple, Google, and Supabase. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.
Disclaimers
Stature is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Habit tracking, reminders, photo check-ins, and social features are provided for personal motivation and community sharing only. We do not provide medical, fitness, legal, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stature and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using Stature at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect users or the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
